Wolfgang Kerck founded Bourne Park Capital in 1999. Previously he had been managing regional debt capital market origination teams in London for Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse First Boston for almost fifteen years. After obtaining a law degree at the University of Vienna, he also lived in Paris where he obtained an MBA from INSEAD and worked for several years as a corporate finance banker.

Ross started his career at Gerrard and National Ltd, a London based Discount House, and was appointed as a director of the Gerrard Group Plc in 1986. In 1993, he was appointed CEO of Gerrard & National Ltd. He was elected as the inaugural Chairman of the London Money Market Association in 1996. Ross remained with the Gerrard Group post the takeover by Old Mutual PLC in 2000 before leaving in 2004 to found JTP Partners LLP. Over the last 20 years Ross has served as a Non-Executive Chairman and Director of a number of listed and Private Companies.

Michael joined Bourne Park Capital in 2013. Prior to joining the firm, Michael worked as a Securities Investment Analyst at the Church Commissioners for England. He holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bath. Michael is a CFA Charterholder.
