For almost two decades, BPC has been providing Liquid alternative investment solutions for Institutional Investors. Since 2010, BPC has specialised in Liquid Alternatives, such as investing in third party managed account platforms and alternative UCITS. In 2016, BPC created its own, independent Managed Account Platform with BNY HedgeMark, NY.

Bourne Park Capital Ltd. was founded in 1999 to take advantage of the developing interest from German and Austrian investors in alternative investments, today better classified as Liquid Alternatives or Market Independent investments.

The company was authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA, formerly FSA) in the UK in 2001. The combination of regulatory constraints, the limited transparency of many hedge fund investments and the lack of standard access to the most suitable products led BPC to develop effective tools for holding such investments in the most effective manner. BPC is seeking to generate “absolute returns” in an environment characterised by negative interest rates, historically low bond yields, expensive equity markets and a deep impact on economies caused by COVID-19. BPC marries the skill set of some of the world’s best alternative investment managers typically based in the USA and the UK with liquid, transparent and cost-effective European investment structures.
