Management Team

Claus Labes, CHAIRMAN and CO-FOUNDER Claus Labes has been a senior investment banker focusing on Germany and Austria for over twenty-five years. He was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) for more than twenty years and a member of the Managing Board at CSFB Effektenbank in Frankfurt for nine years. Claus Labes started his career at S.G. Warburg and later at Deltec Banking, working in Buenos Aires, Switzerland and London and was later Group Chief Executive Asia, based in Hong Kong.

Dr. Wolfgang Kerck, MANAGING DIRECTOR and FOUNDER Wolfgang Kerck founded Bourne Park Capital in 1999. Previously he had been managing regional debt capital market origination teams in London for Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse First Boston for almost fifteen years. Wolfgang Kerck joined CSFB in London in 1994 as a Director to establish the European Emerging markets debt origination business and in 1998 he became head of the European Financial Institutions debt origination team. After obtaining a law degree in Vienna, he also lived in Paris where he obtained an MBA from INSEAD and worked for several years as a corporate finance banker.

Dr. Rolf Wickenkamp, CO-FOUNDER Rolf Wickenkamp established Cologne Asset Management (CAM) in 1998, a private equity fund of funds. He previously was Managing Director of LGT Bank in Liechtenstein and then CFO of Liechtenstein Global Trust (LGT). In these roles he was involved in the development and arranging of the first private equity fund of funds "Castle Private Equity" listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange and the fund of hedge funds 'Castle Alternative Investments'. Rolf Wickenkamp is a former Management Board Member of Colonia Nordstern Insurance (today AXA) where he was responsible for the investment portfolio, including alternative assets. He brings with him more than ten years of investment experience in alternative investments.
